Armies from different nations and walks of life come together in a truly epic struggle to open a supply route that would aid the Chinese and American forces in an effort to resist the Japanese from overrunning the entire Asian theater. The Stilwell Road was produced by the American Office of War Information and the British and Indian film units in 1945 detailing the creation of the Ledo Road, also known as the Stilwell Road after the U.S. General Joseph Stilwell. The film concentrates mostly on the importance of the Burma Campaign and the Burma Road in supplying Chinese nationalist army and American forces with supplies to resist Japanese occupying the entire Pacific theater.
This film is narrated by Ronald Reagan.
Originally in black and white format I edited it in sepia tone to give it more visual richness.
